The production technology will be located in a newly built production facility with an annual production capacity of 1,200 MWh. The production technology will be supplied by EXELSIOR ENGINEERING a.s.



The production technology will be located in a separate production hall with connection to the necessary infrastructure, such as production of dry air, production of active materials, baking of ceramic separators, etc.



The plant will also include the preparation of active materials based on nano-particles of graphite - for the anode and nano-particles of NMC (Lithium-Nickel Manganese-Cobalt) - for the cathode (the rest of the components are a trade secret).

The technological equipment needed to produce these active materials will be installed in a separate part of the plant. HE3DA s.r.o. will provide and lease the necessary expertise. This production is crucial for the proper setup and operation of the HE3DA® battery itself. The equipment is important to ensure the independence of the plant from active material suppliers, while allowing for better know-how. The preparation of active materials will be controlled and tested by the Quality Control Department.



Part of the preparation and control of the nanomaterials will be an in-house laboratory for the rapid testing and analysis of these materials. In this laboratory, the active materials will be tested and trialled before use in the in-house battery.



The production technology will be fully flexible and will be able to produce batteries with different capacities from 0.5 kWh to 50 kWh, with 4.1 V, with an annual production capacity of 1,200 MWh.



The smaller capacity batteries will be primarily for use in the home, small and medium-sized industry. Larger capacity batteries will primarily be used for large capacity energy storage, grid stabilization, and grid frequency regulation.
